I do, too - and i think it's also the way to solve the problems of public school, particularly with boys in public schools - proper rewards/incentives go a long way. Give people a game they WANT to play AND can win.

mm. I am a firm believer in personality and that a lot of it is innate (we are born with it). I think environment is a huge factor too don't get me wrong. But I'd say they both at least have the same ability to impact perception and reactions.

i think we are moving away from dehumanization. it sky rocketed to "Fame" during the industrial revolution but the more technology increasing and the more globalization increases the more independent, autonomous jobs will be needed as well as more

and more and more organizations are realizing how costly it actually is for them to treat their workers poorly (increased healthcare costs, increased turnover costs etc..)

yeah I agree for a lot of companies they will only notice when their profits are hit. but I guess that is an advantage in these economically hard times more companies are seeing the value in treating their employees better, if we must use the angle
