I do train both, Have throughout my career, the only real difference between men and women is the intensity or how much tension is generated for an exercise, but both really require the same kinds of programs

Hi Jordan, really good good point. Unfortunately the vitamin industry realizes how desperate people are to take care of their health, and because of this most use unethical ingredients as part of their "proprietary blends"

Absolutely Jordan, we have been duped into following a high carbohydrate diet to "fuel" our bodies and our workouts. This causes the big dips and lows in blood sugar, primarialy because during high intensity exercise its amino acids not carbohydrates
