Justin Ross Harris was initially devastated but the first responders have reported that he didn't answer questions in a logical manner leading police to investigate the "accident"

They are not releasing any information on the investigation because it is a murder investigation in process...

The judge lessened the child cruelty charge to 2nd degree just yesterday

Exactly. Maybe they had a history of cops being called or something. Maybe dss was involved

exactly, we don't know what the cops know at this point but the fact that the judge lessened the warrant from 1st degree child cruelty to 2nd degree indicates that the investigation is finding it to truly be a negligent act, not intentional

Anyway...Word to all of you parents out there...DO NOT leave your child unattended for one moment!! You can be charged with child cruelty for leaving a child in the car to run into the convenience store for one minute.
