Jim bob Duggar is the dad. He an wife Michele Duggar are extremely religious and out their relationship with God before anything else.

They teach their kids young how to work an help. It's a team effort

Jim Bib Duggar is into commercial real estate. That's how they support their family. One episode the kids all chipped in and helped lay tile and paint this abandoned building. Good stuff
