Monica Lewinsky says it's (finally) time to burn the blue dress! Is it funny that she's decided to break her years of silence with a possible Clinton presidential campaign on the horizon? Or is it just time for the poor girl to get on with her life post Clinton-Lewinsky scandal? Let us here your take on the topic. After all, sometimes a cigar really is just a cigar.
