I think the image is about surrender that happens in those moments when you become completely empty. When things fall apart and you lose your motivation and understanding of existence. By really recognizing that vulnerability and not fighting it we can

It also allows us to have empathy for others because deep down we all have this experience at some point in our lives. Be it through the death of a loved one or a break up or loss of some sort that brings you to an existential void.
