the problem is in the court of law. the nsa had to get permission from the courts to gather anything beyond basic meta data. they didn't turn down a single request, from what i read.

What do u think about the Mossad's take that the US is doing everything wrong when it comes to airline security? They have been vocal about that I believe. And make sense to me.

Affirmative Action can't completely change focus - gender inequality still exists and it's absolutely true that a woman's choices (on ANYTHING) are subject to social scrutiny.
