I don't know if any of those trades will help the Rams Jeff. As for Gordon, I think he's gonna be smoking weed for a lot longer than a year.

You need two years and a solid quarterback. By the time a team gets settled in, the defenses have been able to adjust.

Now that he has a ring, everyone wants to be there. Without a winning legacy (at least not one in the last 50 years) it's just not an attractive place for a superstar to go.

Definitely, but I think the Texans came out with something to prove and, while I'm certainly not forgetting their season last year, I'm a little less pessimistic for them.

I understand that, but I believe that defenses change first in the NFL and offensive have to respond. By the time he gets good the defenses will know what he's going to do.

I say week 5. The Browns open at Pittsburgh then host the Saints and the Ravens. Week 4 is their bye week, which is when they'll train Manziel to take over for the 0-3 Hoyer.

I don't know, there's a new rule about contact (which sounds a lot like the old rule about contact) beyond 5 yards that they seemed to be calling every play.
