I have an awesome cookbook called "make it paleo". It has desserts in it!! Most are made from almond or coconut flour.

Squeeze a half am orange over kale that you have removed the ribs from. Massage the juice into the kale for maybe 30 seconds. Add avocado, mango, toasted pumpkin seeds, a sprinkle of feta (or a little salt if you leave the feta out) and pepper.

Peanuts are high in omega 6 fatty acids which in excess are bad. There is a link between them and diseases like diabetes, Alzheimer's and such. They are also high in toxins. I love peanuts, but I have replaced them with almonds, cashews, pistachios
