you can look at it from an individual level and a group level. for instance I grow organic food and do not buy gmos as a protest

there are some really cool non-profits out there too, which are doing their part against some huge issues plaguing our country

so I wanted to talk about one of my favorite non-profits Random Acts and their mission for a quick minute

they have gone down to Haiti and built and orphanage and every month they help someone else out

another way to get involved is just to be more culturally diverse, I think getting to know people from all over is a huge eye opener, like Lucy for example.. if I didn't know you I wouldn't know much about the U.K. and what is going on
