1. Please go into to your profile, into "My Notications" tab... you can get there by clicking this link. http://luna.tawkers.com/#profile/notifications - once you are there UNcheck the Disable Listener Notifications box.

This will allow Tawkers to notify you in the app and by email when you have a new listener. This should be unchecked by default, and I'm sure it will be fixed later today.
