@Brandie - there's a similar system in Scandinavian countries as well. However, I think we're a lot further away from that than we are to closing loopholes

The key to a lot of this is to make things as complicated as possible. That way, you have to have million-dollar accountants to get the loopholes and they don't have to worry about "average people" catching on.
