We are testing out Tawkers as a way to do Text Podcasts. Feel free to signup for more #MindMoversPodcast tawks in the future. nnYou can leave your opinions in the text and we'll pick the ones that flow well to pop up in the chat to participate. nnThis is our first time doing this so bear with us tonight! Welcome to Tawkers. Brando is not going to be able to make it, which is why this was labeled as a test. What I really wanted to do was test out Tawkers and see if it would be a good place to host 'Text Podcasts'

Also, it'd be fun to be able to have deep discussions with people while an audience observes and participates. I like the idea, but it does come down to implementation, planning, and effort.

So far Tawkers seems like it's fairly easy to use. I see a lot of potential for live text based podcasts in the future.

Yeah spotlight can keep a bunch of trolls out of the main conversation so it makes sense that it would be implemented. Users can thumbs up comments and bring them to the top. And I can sort by most popular if need be.

It seems like it'd be tough to promote these tawks last minute though. Seems best to build up a following and notify them of a scheduled tawk
