Kim: "The most beautiful thing about Chilean wines is the quality for the price pint. They make some truly incredible winds buy, as they are not Napa or Italy and don't have that reputation, you get twice the wine for 1/2 the price."

Yes...Kimmer likes to buck the "system". So do I. Does anyone else adhere to the whole "white with fish, chicken, etc. & red w/ beef" philosophy? Or do you just drink what you want & pick your entree based on that? lol

Kim: Sauvignon Blanc is an amazing and underutilized white. I LOVE this one with chicken & light seafood dishes. I personally do not like New Zealand S. Blancs - wayyyy too much grapefruit. I love Chilean for this category as you get crisp citrus..
