Riesling...the other white wine. Riesling has gotten a bad rap in the wine world, largely misunderstood as a singular personality of overbearing sweetness, suitable only as dessert wine for many a discerning palate. But the Riesling grape is actually quite multi-faceted; arguably one of the most versatile varietals around, ranging from that stereotypical sweetness to crisp, dry and refreshing. Join us on Wednesday as we get to know Riesling on a more intimate level. Here's to life!
